Aleksander Lah

Procurator

Aleksander is the founder and owner of the company and stands in the background. He makes sure that the company has everything to successfully operate. Sometimes his support is very practical and sometimes intangible, yet always of importance.

Kaja Založnik

Managing Director

Kaja graduated in English language and literature at the Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana. She is eager to take on any new challenge, especially when it is language related. She enjoys any type of work that enables her to combine her passion for languages and cooperation with people. Her attention to detail, organisational skills and goal orientation are all characteristics that serve her well in working as a project manager and sales representative. She believes maintaining good relations and having the opportunity for constant intellectual growth are crucial for a successful workplace.

Jure Velikonja

Project and Marketing Manager

Jure’s passion for words stems primarily from his love of literature, which has accompanied him since childhood, while his interest in languages and other cultures led him to the study of his favourite one – English. He believes that the key to happiness and success is constant learning and self-betterment, both personally and professionally.

Špela P. Černe

Project and Vendor Manager

Špela studied translation and interpretation at the Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana. After completing her studies, she decided for a change of environment and replaced her home office for our busy downtown location. Her translation background is now the foundation for her everyday tasks at Alamma, where she works as project manager.

Lucija Jezeršek

Project and
Development Manager

Lucija tends to come alive in the company of languages, which is why she has kept learning them her entire life. Also an enthusiastic acquirer of knowledge, she has combined the two interests in her role as a translator. Missing only a regular interaction with friendly people, she has found it as a project manager in the committed and dynamic Alamma team.

Urša Perc

Project Manager and
Business Secretary

Urša is fluent in English and Italian and sees languages as direct bridges to other cultures. Her career so far has been a linguistic journey, spanning from translation to copywriting. She is excited to bring her linguistic knowledge and experience to Alamma, where she is broadening her knowledge as a project manager.

Aleksandra’s love for languages, desire for knowledge and new challenges once brought her to Slovenia—and she has joined Alamma for the same reasons. Translator by calling, she enjoys doing research, solving puzzles, and mastering translation tools and technologies. Pursuing her goal of being a true connector, she is now thriving in our team of like-minded language aficionados as a project manager.
